DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK-UP?

Yes we do!  Local pickup is the only option we are currently offering. If you are unable to pick up locally yourself, please try and find a friend or teammate to do so for you. Justa Custom Products is located inside of Alpyne Apparel Flagship Store in Martensville, SK. Our address is Bay 3 - 800 Centennial Drive North. 

PICK-UP NOTIFICATION: You will receive a text notification on the cell number you provide us when your order is ready for pick-up. Please do not come and "check if your order is ready sooner".. we understand your excitement, but if you haven't received a notification, it isn't ready yet. We'd hate to see you leave empty-handed.

 

CAN WE TRY ITEMS ON FIRST?

If we have it in store, you sure can! Send us an email about the item you're inquiring about and we will let you know what we have availbale at the moment. There will also be some items available to purchase off the shelves until the end of the ball season. Everything else is available to order online. 

 

CAN I JUST COME ORDER IN-STORE?

No, sorry! We have recently switched over to all individual team purchases needing to be made through the online stores unless bought off our shelves directly. If you come in to make an online order in-store, you will be given the store website link to order off of your mobile device or from home. If you are unable to order from the website for whatever reason, please send an email to justacustomproducts@gmail.com with the items in your cart, and we will create an invoice for you on the team store. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The good news is that our team works hard to have your order ready for local pick-up within 15 business days for in stock items. The better news? We usually get it done sooner. Items that are being personalized with embroidered names will take a bit longer than products without. In the event that our turn around times will take longer than 15-20 business days (due to backorders, shipping delays, or another reason out of our control), the customer will be notified, and will have the option to wait for the backordered item, change the item size or colour, or be offered a refund. 

New policy for the 2025 season: we will allow a wait of 1 month for backordered/currently out of stock items at the customers request, and then a refund will be given for the item.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY APPAREL?

Headwear: Please do not saturate hats with patches in water, as this can cause the patches to slowly seperate from the hat. Hats may be spot cleaned. Patches may be lightly cleaned with damp cloth. 

Clothing: All clothing is pre-shrunk. Wash cold. Do not dry on high heat.

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?

We offer all major credit cards through your PayPal account. If for any reason you do not already have and cannot make a PayPal account, please email justacustomproducts@gmail.com or call our store 1-306-717-0471 during business hours an we will do our best to accomodate you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of these team products, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges. If there is a quality concern with your item, please give us a call or bring the item in during store hours and we will do our very best to correct the issue.

 

DO I ORDER BY MYSELF OR WITH MY TEAM?

Either or! Team orders require a minimum of 12 pieces per product and will receive a bulk order discount. Please email justacustomproducts@gmail.com for team orders. Please note that one person will need to be in charge of gathering information, sizes, and money from the group and placing with us as one order, with one payment. They will then be in charge of picking up as one order and distributing the items. If a team decides to do a matching team apparel order, the website still remains available to family, friends and the team member to purchase any additional merchandise.

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I ORDER A CERTAIN AMOUNT THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

We do not. All products are marked as is. We firmly believe our prices are very fair, and we appreciate you for understanding! Team orders do receive discounted pricing.

 

HOW LONG WILL THE ONLINE STORE STAY OPEN FOR?

The store will remain active until Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 and then it will be closed for the year.
